Nature of the service
La Doctora is a private medical practice in Medellín, Colombia. Care is provided by a physician registered with the Colombian Ministry of Health, with a valid professional license.
The website does not replace consultation
Information on this site, including Journal articles, is for general informational purposes only. It is not a medical diagnosis and does not replace in-person assessment. For any symptoms, consult your doctor.
Booking and confirmation
Booking is done via WhatsApp or form. Your appointment is confirmed only when the doctor responds with a date, time and location. The initial request does not automatically reserve a slot.
Cancellation policy
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Repeated no-shows without notice may require advance payment for future bookings.
Payment methods
We accept cash, bank transfer (Bancolombia, Nequi) and card. Fees are shared at the moment of booking.
Intellectual property
The content, design, photography and text on this site are the property of La Doctora. Reproduction, in whole or in part, without authorization is prohibited.
